Week full of fun!

We have had such an eventful week! First of all, we had our grandparents and Aunt Afton visit us on their way to a family reunion. It is always great to have them stop by and can't wait for the Bunker family reunion in August.
Second, we had our first family picnic. We are trying to match Eric, Ashlee & Ava (Chris's brother and wife) on park visits. It was fun, but we are still looking for that nearby perfect shaded park. We also took some funny pics just hanging out together.

The dogs had fun too!

We also celebrated Chris's BIRTHDAY on July 1st. Courtney got the best gift ever. A TANDEM BICYCLE!!! It is so much FUN!!! We recommend it to everyone and anyone who wants to have a blast and even get some exercise! Even Pierce gets to ride with us in his new Schwinn bike trailer. He loves just kickin' back and relaxin'. We can pretty much count on him fallen asleep 10 min. into the ride. Chris also got some great tools from his family! Happy Birthday!
4th of JULY!!! Even though we missed Chris's family (away on vacation in Central America) for a BBQ, we had a lot of fun together and light fireworks with some of our neighbors. Pierce really liked the bright fireworks, but we had to cover his ears for most of them due to the fact that he would start to cry : ( Poor baby. The things we put him through : ) P.S. Pierce always needs to have a bib on these days cuz he drools alllllllll the time. Ahhh.....Babies don't we just love em'!
Lastly, we went with some neighbors to Rock Canyon Park and went on a Huge slip'n slide. Everyone needs to do this with your family, neighbors or ward as an activity. All you need to do is go to home depot, buy a big thick tarp and some baby oil. Then find a faucet and a nice hill. And... Tada! Instant FUN!!! We had a blast! P.S. don't forget the sunblock since we lost track of time and learned the hard way : )
