Since we are only 15 minutes away from the Santa Monica Pier, we decided to venture out of our little home last night and check it out. I have been there once or twice before while in high school with a bunch of my friends, but it was a totally different experience being there with my little family. It's great because I love showing Pierce new things and new places. We ate dinner at Bubba Gump's shrimp house (for all those Forest Gump fans:) ) and then enjoyed ourselves on the pier. We had such a wonderful time and hope to go back soon for some funnel cakes, my favorite!

We decided to put in some quarters so that he could have his first
mechanical ride and he got a little nervous.
Lets just say we had to end the ride sooner rather than later:)

the santa monica pier is so fun! there is always something/someone "different" that makes the night exciting:) haha.. Pierce looks cuter than ever! I love his little outfit!
